Acceptable Use Policy
What you may not create or upload. Incorporates the usage policies of our AI providers.
Purpose
This policy applies to all Inputs, prompts and Outputs. It incorporates the usage policies of the AI providers we route to (e.g. Black Forest Labs, OpenAI, Google). Where those are stricter, they apply.
Real people and likeness
Do not upload, edit or generate images, video or voice of a real, identifiable person without their informed, documented consent (e.g. a signed model release covering AI editing and the intended use). This includes models, staff, customers, influencers and public figures.
Do not create content that impersonates a real person or organization, “deepfakes”, face swaps, or digital replicas presented as a real person.
Minors
Do not upload photos of real persons under 18 for editing, try-on or video. Never create sexualised, suggestive or exploitative content involving minors or persons who appear to be minors. Such content is reported to the competent authorities.
Sexual and violent content
No nudity, sexually explicit content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that sexualises any person. No graphic violence, self-harm content, hate speech or harassment.
Deception
Do not generate fake customer reviews, testimonials, ratings or endorsements. Do not present AI-generated people as real customers or real models where this is misleading. Do not make unsubstantiated product claims (e.g. environmental, health or safety claims) with generated copy.
Intellectual property
Do not upload content you have no rights to, and do not use the Service to reproduce third-party trademarks, logos or protected designs without authorization.
Abuse of the Service
No attempts to circumvent moderation, credit limits or security controls; no use of Outputs to train competing AI models where prohibited by provider terms; no automated scraping outside the official API.
Reporting
Report violations to [abuse@company.com]. Reports of non-consensual intimate imagery are handled within 48 hours.
