Black Forest Labs GmbH, Freiburg, Germany — image and video generation (FLUX). EU entity; regional processing [to be confirmed — EU endpoint currently unavailable, global endpoint in use].
OpenAI, L.L.C. / OpenAI Ireland Ltd. — text generation, vision analysis, content moderation. Processing in the USA; safeguards: EU-US Data Privacy Framework and SCCs. API data is not used for training.
Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. (optional, only if enabled by the platform) — Gemini image/text models and Veo video. Safeguards: DPF and SCCs.
Infrastructure
